We describe materials, dimensions, diamond type, and product details as accurately as possible. Natural variations, screen settings, and handcrafted finishing can affect how a piece appears.

Hartenstein Diamonds works with lab-grown diamonds. Product pages identify the relevant diamond details and grading information where applicable.

Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, shipping, and payment collection may be handled during checkout.

Orders are accepted only after successful payment authorization and our confirmation that the product is available.

Custom, personalized, sale, or otherwise excluded items may not be returnable except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Jewelry should be worn, stored, and cleaned with care. Damage caused by misuse, impact, improper storage, or unauthorized repair may not be covered.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, Belgian law applies to these terms.
